Ingredients

• 330 ml vinegar (e.g. from Gebhard)
• 200 g suar
• 70 g salt
• 2 tablespoon Maggi
• 1 liter water
• oil

Instructions

1. Boil 500 ml of water and dissolve the sugar and salt in it. Now add the Maggi, vinegar and the rest of the cold water and stir well. Fill into a 1.5 l PET bottle and allow to cool.
2. Now add approx. 150 ml or more to each salad bowl, depending on your requirements. If necessary, then just add the oil and stir.
3. Can be kept in the refrigerator for 1 year.
