Peel the sausage, halve lengthways and cut into thin slices. Halve the tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel the cucumber, cut in half and thinly slice it. Divide the pepper, cleanly cut out the whites, eighth and also cut into thin strips. Halve the onion and cut into small pieces. Put everything in a bowl.
Make a marinade from the Italian herbs, salt, pepper, herb vinegar and oil and mix well with the sausage, bell pepper, tomato and onion.
