Chop the onion and sweat it in a little butter and chop the parsley (if it`s fresh). Soak the bread roll in water.
Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the sweated onion and parsley. Squeeze out the soaked bread roll well and add it to the bowl and mix everything vigorously with salt and pepper. Knead well and form 6 - 8 meat balls (as you like).
