Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Line trays with baking paper.
Chop the chocolate into small cubes. Mix the oat flakes with the coconut flakes in a bowl.
In a second bowl, mix the flour with baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In a sufficiently large third bowl, stir the soft butter with the sugars and the aroma until light creamy. Add the eggs one by one and stir well each time. Stir in the flour mixture, then stir in the oatmeal mixture evenly on the lowest level. Finally fold in the chocolate with the spatula.
Cut off small portions with the help of a teaspoon, shape into balls and place on the baking sheets.
Bake until golden brown for approx. 8-10 minutes, leave on the baking sheets for a short time, then let cool on the wire rack.
