Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Line the trays with parchment paper.
  2. Do not crumble the crackers too finely with your hands. Dice the chocolate and toffees.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour with baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another large bowl, stir the butter with the peanut butter until lightly creamy. Stir in the sugars and the aroma and stir for about 2 minutes on the highest level until creamy. Also stir in the egg well, then add the milk and mix in. Add the flour mixture and stir until a uniform batter is formed. Finally stir in chocolate, toffee cubes and cracker crumbs briefly with the stirrer, then mix everything well with the spatula.
  4. Cut off the dough with the help of a teaspoon, shape into balls and place on the tray. Bake for about 12 minutes on the middle rack until golden brown. Leave on the baking sheet for 3 - 4 minutes, then leave to cool completely on the wire rack.
  5. The best thing to do is let it go through for a night or snack right away.
  6. Store in a tin can.
  7. You can also use just chocolate or just toffees. The toffees run apart a little while baking, but that doesn`t affect the taste!
