Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with the gyros spice, fry in olive oil and let cool.
  2. First place half of the ice cream salad as the bottom layer in a large bowl and place half of the cooled minced meat on top. Also distribute half of the tzatziki on top. Now layer the pepperoni, a layer of onion rings, tomato cubes, cucumber pieces, corn, paprika cubes, coleslaw, feta cubes, second layer of ice cream salad, minced meat, chopped pepperoni on top. Finally, the tzatziki and the stone-free olives.
  3. Let the lettuce soak in the closed bowl in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
  4. Either mix or cut the salad before serving.
  5. My side tip: we eat Greek flatbread with it
