- Cut the meat sausage and the onion into slices. Place in layers in a preserving jar (1.5 liters) and add a few peppercorns and bay leaves in between.
- Finally, fill the mason jar with the cucumber infusion so that everything is covered.
- Let it steep in the fridge. We like it best when it has been allowed to steep in the refrigerator for 3 days.
- Depending on your taste, you can also add oil before serving.
