Instructions

  1. Cut the meat sausage and the onion into slices. Place in layers in a preserving jar (1.5 liters) and add a few peppercorns and bay leaves in between.
  2. Finally, fill the mason jar with the cucumber infusion so that everything is covered.
  3. Let it steep in the fridge. We like it best when it has been allowed to steep in the refrigerator for 3 days.
  4. Depending on your taste, you can also add oil before serving.
