First, the pudding must be boiled with the milk according to the instructions, poured into a glass bowl and placed in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to cool, until a stable skin has formed on top.
In the meantime, the applesauce is mixed with the cinnamon.
When the pudding has cooled down enough that a stable skin has formed, the applesauce is poured on it and the bowl is placed in the refrigerator for another half an hour so that the pudding can cool down completely and is nice and firm.
