Instructions

  1. For the dough, first beat the butter with 50 g of sugar until frothy. Then add the flour and milk and use the dough hook to make a dough. Let the dough rest.
  2. Mix the pudding powder with 50 ml milk and the remaining 20 g sugar. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, remove from the stove and add the mixed pudding powder and the yoghurt. Process into a smooth pudding and let cool down a little.
  3. For the apples, first squeeze the lemon juice and mix with the cinnamon in a large bowl. Peel and core the apples and cut into narrow wedges. Immediately roll the apples in the lemon-cinnamon mixture and let it steep for a few minutes.
  4. In the meantime, lay out the dough in a tart pan and form an edge. Spread the pudding on the dough and place the apple wedges on top. Whisk two teaspoons of the lemon and cinnamon mixture with the apricot jam and spread carefully on the apple wedges. Finally decorate with the sliced almonds.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake for about 35 minutes until the almonds are lightly brown.
  6. The vanilla apple tart tastes great when it is still warm - but is also very tasty the next day when it is cold.
