• 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)
• 4 cup / s coffee, stronger, sweeter, cold
• 0.5 ½ cup whipped cream
• 1 teaspoon coffee powder, instant, for decoration

Instructions

1. Pre-freeze tall glasses, sprinkle with vanilla ice cream and put the glasses back in the freezer until ready to serve.
2. Then mix the egg liqueur with the scraped out vanilla pulp and pour over the ice cream.
3. Now fill up with coffee, whip the cream and pour on it, sprinkle with coffee powder and enjoy with a straw.
