Instructions

  1. Put the milk, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the couscous, stirring constantly, and bring to the boil briefly. Take the pan off the stove and stir in the butter.
  2. You can enjoy the couscous warm or cold.
  3. You can cook the vanilla couscous without sugar and use it pureed as baby food.
