Instructions

  1. Cook a pudding from milk, vanilla pudding powder and sugar as instructed. Place the pudding in a bowl to cool. Stir briefly every now and then so that no skin forms.
  2. Peel and quarter the pineapple. Cut out the stalk and then cut the quarters into small cubes. Cut the carambola into thin slices. Halve the pomegranate and remove the seeds. Now whip the cream until stiff and fold the yogurt, vanilla sugar, grated lime zest and juice into the cream.
  3. Put the cream in a large bowl and decorate with the fruit.
