Instructions

  1. Roast the hazelnuts in the butter, cool and grind finely. Bring the hazelnuts, vanilla pods, tonka beans, sugar and cream to the boil and allow to cool slowly. Pour the cream mixture through a sieve and mix well with the vodka in a blender or with a hand mixer.
  2. Store in the refrigerator.
