Prepare the quark cream from the milk, the vanilla quark powder and the low-fat quark according to the instructions on the package and place in the refrigerator.
Peel the apples, cut into small pieces and drizzle with a little lemon juice.
In the meantime, place a saucepan with the apple juice and heat it up. Add a dash of water and the packet of bourbon vanilla sugar and 2-3 pinches of cinnamon to taste and let it get hot. Put the apple pieces in the hot liquid and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then remove the heat and add the sliced banana. No more cooking.
Let the apple mixture cool down and add the applesauce. Put something into the fridge.
To serve, fill the quark into dessert bowls and top with the cinnamon apples. The variant in which the apple mixture is placed on top of the cool quark cream immediately after preparation is also delicious.
If you like something more, you have the option of adding more apples, a second banana or a few more spoons of applesauce to the mixture.
