Wash and clean the strawberries, halve or even quarter depending on the size. Then mix the whole thing with the sugar and the balsamic vinegar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so that it can flow through.
Then simply serve with the vanilla ice cream.
Note: The ratio of sugar and vinegar should always be 3: 2.
This dessert is very popular with me, even with children. Many are a bit skeptical at first when they can hear the ingredients but then hardly believe that it tastes so good.
