1. Portion the vanilla ice cream into a nice dessert bowl and drizzle or pour any amount of pumpkin seed oil over it. Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
2. You shouldn`t think of pumpkin seed oil as a classic roast oil, rather it is a delicious syrup.
