Instructions

  1. Boil the pulp of two vanilla pods with sugar and honey and the scraped pods with 250 ml water and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the vanilla pods. When it has cooled down, add the brandy.
  2. Divide the liqueur into 2 500 ml bottles and add 1 vanilla pod to each. Store cool.
  3. Shelf life approx. 4 months.
