Ingredients

• 400 g curd milk
• 100 ml cream
• 100 ml whole milk
• 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp it
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 8 scoops ice cream (strawberry ice cream)
• 8 strawberries
• some mint (a few leaves) to decorate

Instructions

1. Mix the thick milk well with the cream, whole milk and the vanilla pulp. Add sugar and vanilla sugar and stir everything well.
2. Put 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream in each of 4 tall glasses and pour the vanilla milk over them.
3. Clean and halve the strawberries. Decorate the glasses with strawberries and mint leaves.
