Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
  2. Bring the milk with the pulp of the vanilla pod to the boil. Beat the powdered sugar with the egg yolks and add to the hot milk. Peel off the mass to the rose and add the squeezed gelatin.
  3. Let the mass cool down. When the mixture begins to gel, fold in the whipped cream. Chill the mousse for at least 2 hours.
