Scrape out the pulp from the vanilla pod. Peel the orange thinly. Cut 1/3 of the peel into very fine strips and set aside. Put the vanilla pulp, vanilla pod, remaining orange peel and sugar in a saucepan. Add coffee and heat for approx. 5 minutes. Whip the cream with the vanillin sugar until stiff. Pour the coffee through a sieve and pour it into cups. Put 2 tablespoons of cream on each. Decorate with strips of orange peel, serve immediately.
