Carefully rub the peel off the oranges. Make vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the package (but with less milk) for turning. Stir in the orange peel. Pour pudding into a shallow container and chill.
When the pudding has cooled properly, cut into strips and then bread one after the other with the flour, egg and the breadcrumbs. Fry the pudding strips in hot butter with sugar and cinnamon and serve immediately.
