Warm the soy milk (pot or microwave). In the meantime, chop up the rusks - ideally put in a freezer bag and work with a rolling pin. Then add the rusk flour to the warm vanilla milk, stir well and consume while still warm.
Tip: Can be varied infinitely. You can also use normal milk and add sweet, chopped almonds with honey, there are no limits to your imagination. A real soul flatterer.
