Mix the vanilla pudding powder with a little milk. Put the rest of the milk and the sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Scatter semolina into the boiling milk and let it swell a little. Add the mixed pudding powder and mix thoroughly with the whisk. Fold in the egg yolk and finally fold in the beaten egg white.
Put everything in a heat-resistant pudding bowl and let cool down until you eat it.
Tip: We usually eat the semolina pudding with strawberry sauce or - if you want it to be quick - only with cinnamon and sugar.
