Peel, core, quarter the apple and then cut into thick slices (by thick I mean about 5 mm - so do not slice very thinly). Mix the apple pieces with 1 teaspoon sugar / cinnamon mixture and microwave for about 1 minute at 600 watts.
In the meantime, mix the milk (I use the 1.5% fat milk) with the vanilla pudding powder and the sweetness (for children I would use 1-2 teaspoons of sugar, those who want to lose weight should use sweetener or stevia) without lumps.
Once the apple is out of the microwave, the vanilla sauce is placed in the microwave for a short time - the warm sauce over the apple.
Sweeten if necessary.
By the way, the recipe comes from my 6-year-old son, who didn`t like the traditional baked apple with vanilla sauce because the apple was difficult to divide. So he just spoons out his soup.
