- Wash and quarter the strawberries. Whip the cream until stiff, carefully fold in the vanilla yoghurt (but do not add sugar to the vanilla cream!).
- Put the strawberries in a tall bowl - add sugar if necessary. Pour the vanilla cream over the strawberries and sprinkle with brown sugar as required.
- Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until eaten.
- Very tasty on hot days.
