- Mix the QimiQ vanilla in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the mascarpone, sugar and eggnog. Beat the whipped cream until stiff and fold in.
- Now alternately layer cream and ladyfingers - soaked with a mixture of coffee and amaretto - in a square shape (20 cm x 30 cm). Finish with the cream.
- Let it steep for about 4 hours and sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.
