Instructions
Preheat the oven to 80 degrees with a baking dish.
Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat on both sides and then put it in the baking dish. Briefly fry the sage in the frying fat and add to the meat. Let the meat stand in the oven for 45 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
