Instructions

  1. Grate the cheese. Melt the butter. Roughly chop the nuts. Mix the butter, cheese, nuts, chopped herbs and breadcrumbs together. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat vigorously for approx. 1 minute on each side. Season sparingly with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the schnitzel side by side on a dripping pan and distribute the nut mixture evenly on top. Bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for about 8-10 minutes.
  4. This goes well with rosemary potatoes and a classic salad.
