Instructions
Finely dice the onions. Finely chop the chilli and garlic. Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté the onion and garlic in it. Add the almonds, chilli and vegetable stock. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. Puree the soup and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
