Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in hot water for a few minutes.
  2. Peel and dice the onions and apples.
  3. Fry the onions in hot oil until they take on a light brownish color, then salt, pepper and season with marjoram. Add the apple cubes and fry briefly.
  4. Drain the beans and puree together with the tofu and soy sauce to the desired consistency. Some prefer a coarse liver sausage, then it is better to chop it up briefly with the food processor rather than puree. Add the apple and onion mixture, stir well and enjoy the liver sausage on bread. If necessary, refrigerate beforehand, but this is not absolutely necessary.
  5. I specified about 20 servings because we spread about 20 loaves of bread with it over the days with the whole family.
