Instructions

  1. Cut 125 g margarine into pieces. Mix 200 g flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Knead the margarine, 60 ml water and the flour mixture until smooth. Wrap the dough in foil and put it in the fridge for approx. 1 hour.
  2. Knead 150 g flour, 6 tablespoon sugar, cinnamon and 80 g margarine to make crumble. Refrigerate.
  3. Quarter, core, and peel the apples and cut into thin slices.
  4. Put the dough in a greased tart pan dusted with flour, preferably with a lift-off base, roll out in the pan + press approx. 5 cm high on the edge of the pan. Then prick the bottom several times with a fork. Spread the apples on the dough base, heat the applesauce and brush the apples with it. Sprinkle cinnamon crumble on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C top and bottom heat on the lower rack for about 40 minutes.
