Mix all dry ingredients except for the No-Egg. Mix the No-Egg with water, 2 teaspoons + 40 ml water per serving. Gradually add the flour mixture with the liquid and the yoghurt. Stir well either with a hand mixer or in a mixer.
The batter should be creamy. If it is too runny, add more flour. If it`s too thick, add some liquid.
Heat the oil in the pan. Do not bake the first pancakes until it is hot. One ladle of batter per pancake. Press the apple slices into the still raw dough. Bake two pancakes in a large, non-stick pan at the same time. Turn after a few minutes, the top is not yet through.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if you like. You can also serve the pancakes with applesauce or frozen raspberries.
