Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Peel, core and dice the apples and then stew in a pan with vegan margarine and cane sugar for 5 minutes. Add cinnamon to taste. Then place on a large, flat plate and let cool down.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 6 squares or cut out 6 circles with the pastry trap. Spread the apple filling on the puff pastry and fold into pockets. If you take cut squares, fold them over corners and press the edges with a fork.
