Instructions

  1. Mix and grind the ingredients for the Gomasio in a blender. Also puree the ingredients for the spread separately in the mixer.
  2. Toast the bread slices in the toaster and spread them with the spread. Cut the avocado and spring onion into slices and spread on the bread. Garnish with the gomasio.
