Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine, but don`t let it get too hot. At the same time, you mash the banana as best you can and stir it with a hand mixer together with the sugar and the remaining ingredients except the flour. As soon as the margarine is liquid, you can add it, then add the flour. Then let the dough cool in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
  3. Shape the dough into balls approx. 4 cm in size. To do this, rinse your hands with very cold water beforehand. Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave about 2-3 cm space between the biscuits. Put the biscuits in the oven for about 15 minutes. The baking time can vary depending on the size of the balls and the power of the oven.
  4. As a variant, you can also chop chocolate into 3 - 4 mm pieces and stir into the dough. The combination of banana and chocolate is very tasty. Note that chocolate is not vegan unless you buy special vegan chocolate. You can also use butter instead of margarine, even then the cookies are no longer vegan.
