Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in a bowl in plenty of water overnight. The next morning, pour off the water and mix the cashews with the fruit (you can also use other berries or mango, papaya to taste) and the remaining ingredients in the mixer on a high level until a creamy mixture is obtained. It may be necessary to repeatedly press down a little with the plunger. Season to taste and if necessary, add a squeeze of lemon.
  2. If the yoghurt is too thick for you, you can add 1 - 2 tablespoons more almond milk. It really depends on which fruit you use. Bananas make the yogurt very thick and creamy. Those who use sweetened almond milk shouldn`t use as much sweetener. Tip: Add a little more almond milk when mixing and use the yogurt for a muesli.
