Instructions

  1. Cut stale rolls into cubes.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, soy milk, soy flour, nutmeg and salt and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
  3. Steam the onion with the parsley and 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add to the mixture and knead well, then let stand for 20 minutes.
  4. Bring the salted water to the boil, in the meantime shape the dumplings from the mixture, preferably with wet hands.
  5. Put the dumplings in the boiling water and let it steep for about 15 minutes over a low heat, the water must not boil anymore.
