Instructions

  1. Mix the almond-hazelnut-coconut milk and let the chia seeds gel in it for about half an hour, stirring again and again to avoid the formation of lumps.
  2. In the meantime, cut almost half of a large, ripe papaya into pieces and remove the peel and seeds. After half an hour, add the papaya to the milk mixture and puree everything briefly. This can of course also be done in the mixer. If you like it really hot, you can add some of the seeds, they are very healthy. But that`s not for everyone.
  3. Also great as breakfast and ideal for changing your diet.
