Mix all dry ingredients. Dissolve the yeast with the sugar. Press a small mudle in the middle of the flour mixture and add the yeast mixture. Make a little pre-dough.
Mix the vegetable margarine, coconut milk and coconut oil together, add to the flour and knead for 15 minutes until the dough bubbles.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for at least 1 hour. Put a little flour on the work surface and use 2 or 3 strands of dough to make a plait. Let the plaited dough rise for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees circulating air. Brush the braids with a little coconut oil and coconut milk. Bake for about 50 minutes.
