Instructions

  1. Cut the broccoli, bell pepper and apple very small, preferably with a food processor. Prepare a marinade from the oil, syrup, balsamic vinegar and the spices and mix well with other ingredients. Let it flow briefly.
  2. If you have a Thermomix, you can put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl for 3 - 6 seconds on level 4.
