Instructions

  1. Puree 250 g dates with 100 ml water with a hand blender or in a blender. Mix the ground almonds with 100 g cocoa powder. Mix the almond sticks and the almond cocoa mixture with the date sauce.
  2. Grease a mold with a little margarine and spread the mixture evenly over it. Place the brownies in the freezer for half an hour to three quarters of an hour.
  3. Meanwhile prepare the chocolate sauce and puree 20 g dates with the soy milk and mix with 20 g cocoa powder. Sieve the whole thing through a sieve.
  4. Peel and slice the banana.
  5. Take the brownies out of the freezer and place alternating brownie pieces and banana slices on a plate and decorate with chocolate sauce and a mint leaf.
