Instructions

  1. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add the water while stirring the food processor and knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Shape the dough into four to five buns and place on a baking sheet. Brush the buns with a little water and leave to rest for 1 hour with the light on or at 30 degrees in the oven.
  2. Once the buns have risen nicely, turn the oven up to 200 degrees and bake the buns for 30 minutes. If the buns sound hollow when you tap them, they are finished baked.
