Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the carrots and cook in the steamer for about 30 minutes until they are soft. Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into thin strips, chop the capers and stir both with the remaining ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  2. When the carrots are soft, let them cool and cut into small cubes. Add the carrots to the soy quark and mayonnaise mixture and mix everything well.
  3. The tartare tastes good on bread.
