This recipe should be prepared the evening before you eat it.
Pour milk into an airtight container, such as a lunch box or jam jar, and mix with the chia seeds.
Cut the banana into slices or in the shape you like and add to the container and mix. Close the lid.
Put in the refrigerator until the next morning. But if you don`t mind that the pudding doesn`t have a firmer consistency, you can just put it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
You can also eat the recipe with all kinds of fruit, dried fruit or nuts.
