Instructions

  1. Very ripe bananas, which you normally don`t like to eat anymore, cut into slices and put in a freezer bag. Extract air, close tightly and store in the freezer.
  2. If you feel like a super creamy chocolate ice cream, take out the banana pieces, roughly break or cut up, puree with cocoa powder in a blender with several short strokes and serve immediately. Depending on your taste, leave a few pieces of banana whole or puree everything until creamy.
  3. For me the best chocolate ice cream I`ve ever eaten - without additives and without a guilty conscience.
  4. The quantities given are only intended as an example. Always depends on the size and degree of ripeness of the bananas, the size of the hunger for ice, etc. Try to see whether it is sweet enough for you, otherwise just add some agave syrup / sugar / date syrup, etc. If you want it to be more chocolaty, add a little more cocoa powder.
