Instructions

  1. First, the flour and baking powder are sieved and then mixed with the raw cane sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Then add the zest of the orange, the soy milk, the lemon juice and the oil. Mix well with the mixer. If the batter is too tough, add a little more soy milk.
  2. Peel and fillet the orange. Chop the fillets and stir into the batter. Finally, chop the dark chocolate and mix it with the batter. Place in a springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 55-60 minutes at 170 ° C (fan oven). Please do a chopstick test, as each oven bakes individually. Take out and allow to cool before consumption. Makes 12 pieces of normal cake.
  3. The cake can be covered with a dark chocolate glaze and a little coconut oil. To do this, melt both in a water bath and spread on the cooled cake.
