Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, powdered sugar, salt, cocoa, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon together. Fold in the chopped walnuts and pear pieces. Stir in the soy milk. Add oil until the mixture has a creamy consistency.
Pour the batter into a springform pan.
Bake the cake in a convection oven at 175 degrees for about 35 minutes.
