Chop the onions and fry them in a wok with tomato paste. In the meantime, wash and cut the cabbage and fry it in an extra pan.
Cut the peppers and carrots into small pieces. When the cabbage is ready, add to the onions in the wok, dice the garlic and add it too.
Then fry the peppers, carrots and green beans in the pan. Then place in the wok, add the vegetable stock and soy sauce, ginger, sambal oelek and cornstarch. Let everything simmer a little. Finally add the bean sprouts and serve with rice.
