Instructions

  1. Bring sago pearls, soy milk and coconut milk to the boil. Simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes, stir again and again and do not let it burn.
  2. Then stir the soy flour with cold liquid until smooth, add to the sago and bring to the boil again briefly.
  3. Transfer, let cool a little and put in the fridge until serving.
