Prepare the couscous according to the instructions. Put in a bowl. Cut the two peppers, olives, cucumber, tomatoes, onions and the garlic into small pieces. In fine slices or cubes, as required. Add everything to the couscous with a little olive oil. Mix. Season to taste with paprika, thyme, salt and pepper and chilli.
You can then eat lukewarm or let something steep and then cold. Sprinkle with parsley as a decoration. You can also add cheese cubes, but then it is no longer vegan.
